MAKEUP

At the end of the day, you must remove your makeup to allow your skin to breathe and to prevent the build-up of dirt, bacteria, and dead/dry skin. To remove false eyelashes, gently peel off your lash from one corner to the other. If it's discomforting to peel off the eyelashes, dip a Q-Tip in some makeup remover and run it over the lash line to loosen up the lash glue. To remove your makeup, use makeup remover (wipes, liquid, oil, balm, etc.). Once you've removed all of your makeup, go over your face again with more remover because chances are there's still more makeup left on your skin that you may not be able to see.

After removing your makeup, cleanse your face with a face cleanser (not soap) of your choice. Then, cleanse again to ensure your face is squeaky clean!

Optional: Exfoliate your skin with an exfoliant of your choice to remove dead/dry skin.

Pat your skin dry with a disposable paper towel to prevent bacteria from a regular towel from getting into your open pores.

Optional: Apply a toner to your skin using a cotton round to eliminate any excess oil or stubborn dirt/makeup left behind from washing your face and to prepare your skin for a moisturizer.

Once the toner has dried, moisturize your skin with a face moisturizer of your choice (not body lotion - body lotions are too thick for the face).
